The RFQ and contact forms ask for business contact information and the details needed to respond to a sourcing request or general inquiry.
How the information is used
The forms send the request to Exact Bar’s configured private form recipient through WordPress mail. The operating team may retain the resulting email as needed to respond, quote, document the transaction, prevent abuse, and meet legal or business obligations.
Questions or deletion requests
Email sales@ExactBar.com with questions about a submission or a request to locate or delete information where applicable. Do not submit export-controlled, patient, payment-card, password, or other highly sensitive information through the form.
