Order-document control
The purchase order, accepted quote, order acknowledgement, incorporated specifications, and approved changes establish the commercial and technical requirement. The MTR or CoC is lot-specific acceptance evidence; it does not independently rewrite the order.
State the requirement explicitly
- Governing specification and revision
- Grade, condition, hardness, finish, and dimensional requirements
- Heat-lot segregation and traceability
- Origin, approved-source, DFARS, MTR, CoC, inspection, or testing flow-downs
- Independent written approval for any substitution
Claim limits
Exact Bar does not use this page to claim ISO registration, medical approval, aerospace approval, domestic origin, DFARS compliance, or availability of a particular certificate. Each requested route and document must be verified and confirmed on the quote.

A proposed alternate source, grade, condition, finish, process, or document package requires explicit buyer review and written approval.
